Doctor Sachin Desai, MD is a practicing Board Certified nephrologist passionate about home dialysis. He is a partner at Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center. Dr. Desai serves as medical director for several dialysis clinics in Phoenix, AZ. He is Chairman of Medicine at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Campus and among a select group of nephrologists to sit on the Fresenius Joint Venture Council.

In collaboration with Fresenius Medical Care, Dr. Desai has developed the largest NxStage home hemodialysis clinic in Arizona and one of the largest in the Southwestern United States. He is a strong advocate for home dialysis and has been Raymond Scott’s nephrologist for over three years.
